BAD DISGUSTING SERVICE AND FROM EMPOLOYEE

Yeasterday i went to kfc warmbaths to purchase a streetwise 2. i arrived at the store at exactly 9:03 pm. Firstly i was not greated by the lady by the name of Wendy who was helping me. i then proceeded making an order for a streetwise 2, having made this order Wendy then told me that there was no meat instore whilst the other staff were eating from the kithchen area, i then asked if why was the store open if there was no meat:; Wendy then took my money for the streetwise saying that the staff had purchased the meat and it was finished.*i then kept quiet wondering why she is cashing in hence she initially said there was no meat* after 15min of waiting i asked why i am waiting 15min for a streetwise two? i was then told that the meat is been cooked stii. Having hearing this i got very upset hence i was to 3times and asked who the manager onduty was. Zakariya then came to me, i told him what just happened his response was that it is none of his bisiness hence he does not work in that department *that i failed to understand*. i was utterlly disgusted to get such a response from a store supervisor hence that is why i am escallating this.
