I received an sms from the collections department of Woolworths today to say that I had not paid my instalment by the 5th July 2013 as promised... this was paid on the 25th June 2013 and when I contacted the department, I was told that it is an automated sms that goes out to all the clients... I had the same issue with Cell C the other day... when people pay their account, why should they be receiving an sms like this. Not my problem, Woolworths... sort your sms issues out!
