Poor service of out of stock

In July i ordered a jersey they found it at Cavendish and promised to get it for me so i left the size large i had i my hand in store as they had promised to get it for me. In beginning July i went back and still no jersey. So they phoned again stating they found it and it will be sent. In beginning august i went back still no luck. On the 22 august i went back and still nothing i was told to phone the area manager which i did she promised she would find it. Today i got a call from her stating sorry they can't find it. When i asked her what she was going to do about it she said nothing. So i have sent my time and petrol doing their follow up work and all i get is a sorry for you. We i originally ordered it, it was in stock and according to the cpa act they should honour their promises or make good on it. Or find an appropriate replacement.
