Forced to leave 11yr old son outside fitting room

Today at Centurion, I went to the ladies fitting room with my 11yr old son and 9 yr old daughter and was told I must leave my son at the door with the fitting room lady as boys are not allowed in fitting rooms.i enquired whether this was policy then the fitting room lady said it was but there was no policy displayed anyway.after coming out another lady with a 7yr old boy was allowed in.i then spoke to the store manager who was clueless, he couldn't tell me the policy.i asked who would take responsibility if my son was abducted whilst sitting at the door with his attendant. he said there is a disclaimer, yet he could nt tell me the content, neither would the fitting room lady take responsibility of my son if he had disappeared, this is CRAZY, absolutely absurd when kids are being abducted in this country and WOOLWORTHS expects their customers to drop their kids like little parcels.what brainless manager came up with this idea. Please tell me do you then expect me to send my 11 yr old to the men's fitting rooms and wait outside.?
