Filthy fitting rooms

Please clean the fitting rooms the carpets are disgustingly filthy and please provide hooks on the wall to hang your clothes coz its way uncomfortable to undress and hold your purse and keys and the item you would like to fit.
Identity do not vacuum the fitting rooms and I feel carpets carry a lot of germs and I would not want to buy there in future if they can't clean their fitting rooms
