Excellent Service!!

On Wednesday I looked for a specific shoe and they did not have my size but got me the size I wanted.. the Girl I spoke to- Robyn said she will send me an sms on the process of the shoe's arrival as it was coming from Waterfront.. that's exactly what was done because she let me know the Friday that the shoe was ready for collection.. When I went into the store on Saturday I was greeted so warmly.. the girl standing behind the counter came towards me and asked me how she could assist me.. she then rang up the shoe and I was on my way with an extremely warm farewell.. When I got home I realised the shoe I bought did not fit me.. I then called them On Sunday and they had the size for me to go collect.. I went back and got the same warm service from these ladies.. The one even apologised for me having to drive from Mitchells Plain to fetch the shoe, and it was my fault.. It's just a pity I did not take all their names because they were all superb and when giving service like that you deserve to be named!! Well done ladies, keep up the warmth :) :) :) Extremely satisfied customer!
