I was utterly disgusted by the poor customer service I received from Spitz Festival mall in Kempton park. I came into the shop on the 05/07/2013 with a friend to have a look around. Upon our perusal my we found a Lacoste Hopton boot that we had previously seen at another branch. We wanted to purchase the boot so we kindly asked if they could find us a size 10 of that boot. The sales assistant then had a look in the stock room to find that they do not have that size..we then proceeded to request that they please find it at another branch&then request a inter branch transfer..we would pay whatever the cost will be. She then asked a sales assistant by the name of Mfanafuthi to check which branches had. Mfanafuthi then came to us and advised us that only 2 branches have the shoe in the size we wanted..Bloemfontein and another branch. I then requested that the shoe be shipped to the festival mall branch where I will purchase it. Mfanafuthi then had the audacity to refuse to make the call as he apparently knows that they won't give him the shoe. I was appalled by this response as I myself am store manager at a retail outlet if one of my staff did that I would take them to an enquiry.
