Worst customer service

I technically bought a boot (lay - byed) then when it was fetched it was the wrong size. after arguing with the manager who bluntly said it was my fault (size 5 in a size 3 box) i laid a complaint with their head office who got back to me after a week - regional manager calling me saying that he will drop the correct size at a branch nearest to me. still out of my way and a complete inconvenience i decided yesterday i might not want the boot but a refund.
in a better state today i decide i want the boot, drive all the way to the branch for the boot alone to come to the store and find out that it a different boot the manager dropped as it was originally the wrong boot in the box that i received! now offering me also a 10% discount on my next purchase up to R500 i would like to thank Shoe City for letting me waste my time and spend R120 on driving around for a boot i don't even have and for your incompetent staff who clearly seems like they don't even have Matric!
i will also advise everyone about the worst service i have ever received and rather advise my friends to shop at a more reciprocal store such as truworths, nine west or even pep which i'm sure value there consumers more.
