BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have phoned Defy Head Office to request a service, i was asked to phone Teletronics, who then responded that they only come out for appliance services that are under guarantee. Customer service is poor when they just answer you without asking you what you need first. Defy is a leading company & they should employ friendlier staff to help their loyal customers.
