Defy Appliances
4 year old defy fridge cracking

Purchased a defy fridge/freezer from tafelberg furniches 4 years ago, now the inside casing is cracking.

Contacted defy last wed asking for an explination, as that is not the defy quality i know, i was asked to email pics to melani, she would show her boss and get back to me, this i did, incl all the info, no reply, emailed yesterday again, still no response!

This fridge/freezer is useless to me, all my appliances are defy, will have to rethink that one, i know its no longer under warrantee, and all i want is an explination! Yet that seems too much to ask.
