Service promises but no service delivery!

A constant water leak from Defy dishwasher. First service in November 2012 at Defy bloemfontein. On the 3rd June 2013 after two services with reports of no leaks on dishwasher and a third service where Defy bloemfontein set up a day and time to come and service unit but just never arrive. No apology for not arriving and no phone call to say they will not be coming after the third request for a rectification service. After two trips of 668km's for courier service to deliver machine to Defy with associated servicing fees paid in full. Machine still leaking. No apologies for a no show, or any rectification to broken machine after two service payments. I would definitely not recommend Defy to anybody.
