Pathetic Customer service, Being humiliated

Incompetent people managing accounts, incorrect correspondence lead to my account showing "overdue" that caused me to reach the pay point with a trolley full of items and the teller refusing to help me, claiming my account has outstanding payments and she can not help me. I have never skipped a payment and have excellent credit record. Faxed through proof of payments numerous times, emails, correspondence, calling customer service with no positive Outcome! No customer feedback or service what so ever. Terrible!!!
