I sent 2 emails, more than 2 weeks apart, to Edgars about the late payments recorded on my credit record

I made payment arrangement with Edgars and paid the agreed upon amount every month but still they reported late payments as if I never even paid for the past -7 months, please explain to me in more clear details what does late payment mean to you

I want this sorted out ASAP
