No sense of urgency of fixing my Account

I am totaly disgusted at the way I am currently been handled at EDcon/Edgars, I have been getting calls and SMS saying that I have not been pay my account to which after I checked it seems that my online payment are not reflecting for the past two months, R820 and R790 are payments that are not showing. I have since then been calling almost everyday to get this sorted and with no luck. I have been bounced around departments to get this sort, I even sent the Proof of payment to 4 people and Faxed it once with no response. The thing I dont understand is that edgars was calling me so often when they thought I was not paying and now when they realize that the fault is on there side I get no feedback. As I even type this I am on hold with a consultant for 33mins.
