Bad bad service and wrong delivery

I purchased a bed online on 28 March 2013. The base and mattress were delivered on 20 April 2013. They delivered the wrong size mattress. I wrote a note on the delivery letter to say that the wrong size mattress was delivered. I phoned and emailed them on Thursday 25 April having waited to see if I would get a response to me note. The response I now get to date is that they cannot get hold of the people at Online services. I told them I want a refund and they must come and get the matress and base today if I do not have a DEFINTIVE response this morning- May 06. it is now 09:30 and I have received no response. Please tell them to refund my money and come and take back the incorrect goods. I will purchase my bed elsewhere. Rotten rotten service.!!!
