I went to Woolworths (Carlton Centre, JHB) on the 11/07 around 15H45; I was going to pay my account. Upon my arrival I found there where only two tellers available, which one was attending to a client in front of me. I was the only one standing in the queue for about 8-10mins unattended. Meanwhile the teller whom was supposed to assist me had attended to a phone call rather than informing me that her colleague will attend to me shortly. When the store manager finally came out as he noticed the time I waiting unattended and asked a teller who was on a phone to assist me before she went to the floor check whatever she was assisting a customer on a phone with, but she just said "NO SHE CAN'T DO THAT" and I waited there for another 3-4 more minutes and still no assistance. I left without making a payment, THEIR SERVICES ARE VERY PATHETIC!
