Enough is enough!!!

About a month back I reported an incident where I was sexually harassed in the Vangate branch changing room, the involved parties were apparently suspended and the changing room is no longer in use, I also received a response from an assistant area manager who seemed very helpful over the phone and offered me a voucher for my troubles, yesterday I went into the Cavendish branch to collect the voucher, the manager did not even know the value and I waited more than 10 minutes, the issue was not resolved, I left my number and received absolutely no feedback. Went into the store today where I was given a voucher to the value of a pathetic R250, I feel this is a complete disrespect in terms of what I endured at Mr Price, are they trying to mock me? Is this a joke? Do you people realize that sexual harassment is a criminal offence and is punishable by law? And that companies lose thousands every single year through this type of incidents, I have made the decision not to take things further, but after I received my lousy R250 voucher... I've had enough!!!
