Shoprite - No Customer service

I would like to complain about the recurring terrible attitude I keep getting from the cashiers of Shoprite namely Lenasia!!! Month after month my family and I spend thousands of rands buying groceries and always get the same stinking attitute. When you get to the till they dont eveb greet you, I dont expect them to smile even though I think they should, they are unfriendly, throw your groceries across the counter and cant even open their mouths to ask for your card or even say thank you, Last month I could swear the woman at the till was deaf and dumb because she never opened her mouth, even once. As I was walking out I complained to the supervisor and asked her if they dont take their employees to customer service training etc she then said that they do and that the cashiers act this way because they are tired, dont take lubhch breaks and are under paid, My suggestion to Shoprite is that they should pay there stuff then if we as customers need to suffer because they are overworked and underpaid. In closing my plea is to Shoprite- please treat your employees right, pay them and stop employing people for 5 years and more but they are still not made permanent! That is just WRONG!
