Shoprite
Disgusting attitude

I went to the Shoprite at Morula-View, Mabopane on the Monday the17th between 10:00 and 11:00 .

I was assisted by Lethabo at the till, oh my word!!! what a load of attitude. I was disgusted by the manner in which he was speaking with me as well as the way the entire transaction was concluded.

Perhaps Lethabo's manager /supervisor needs to sit down with him and explain to him that he does not come to work and sit at the till as a favour to me or anyother customer that walks in, he comes to work because we the customers are coming to the store, if we were not coming in he would not have a job he would be going to.

Perhaps what Lethabo also need to do is get the statistics on how many people are currently unemployed in the country and perhaps he will start taking his job seriously and will start treating customers with a bit of respect.
