ITC CLEARANCE

I would to report a bad service that I have received from the Foschini group, I heard a account in 2010 with exact store, which I payed it in full in 2012 may 27 exact heard promised to remove me from ITC, within 30 days till today I am still waiting for them to clear my name as they promised to do so I payed the back the money I was owing but then they still not interested in fixing my problem, I have been in and from the store trying to fix this issue with them but I keep getting empty promises and this as stopped my life I cannot get credit anywhere but however I owe the company nothing this is starting to my life because I want to move on with my life this ITC clearance is really giving me a problem I am tired being up and down and not being assisted .my id number is 9103215097083 I am tired off the empty promises.
