Money not payed

Hi, I'm in distress regarding the late payment or rather the unwillingness of Clientele to pay the money. I have a hospital plan with Clientele and was admitted in hospital on the 6th of May and according to contract agreement it pays afer three.working days... have submitted all the necessary paper work and have made contact with several times and they have been telling the money will be paid in the next day... I'm reaaly getting sick and tired of their empty promises and incompitency of their workers. I need my money now...
