Cashier's Bad Attitude

I was at the branch yesterday 27th Oct, the cashier took my card and proceeded with the transaction without asking me the type of account, she just turned the pin pad machine towards me and I asked to punch in my pin, so I asked her how did she continue because she doesn't know what type of an account I have, she ignored me and spoke to her colleague next to her telling her that I'm trying to teach her how to do her job.
As the result the card was declined and she just gave me the slip without saying anything or looking at me, pointing the decline with a pen. I told her that's not possible because I know there's money in my account, she said I should read the slip, aggressively.
I was astonished by her behaviour and politely asked her to swipe the card again and choose cheque, which she did and the amount was approved, she didn't apologise afterwards and just continued as if nothing has happened.
I immediately asked to see the manager but she was off and Mabel was in charge..
Is this the type of service we should be getting as consumers? She disrespected and humiliated me. She is not supposed to be in the front line because she doesn't have good customer service skills.
