Never buy from them -!

Bought a pair of sheos from them on the 3rd of July (exactly 5 days ago) for R200. Wore the shoes twice and the whole heel support inside collapsed. Went there to day to take them back or to exchange. The do not have the same shoe in stock anymore and there is no other alternatives that would fit me. yet they are unwilling to give me my money back or even offer to give a gift voucher that can be used in future. I asked for the "head office's" number on ly to be told that they are not allowed to give it to me!

Rude, arrogant.

I bought shoes there last year as well and they also broke after a short period of time but I never bothered to take them back. They also credited by bankacount whilst telling me that the transaction wasnt processed. I them paid cash only to check by bank account and see that the money did go off my account!

please - don't ever buy there unless you are willing to throw money away.
