I could not take shoes back because I had a funera

The lady was very rude and did not even give ne a chance to explain my problem to her. My husband bought me shoes and they small I could not take them back as my father in law passed away and we had to go to new castle for the funeral.i bought the shoes on the 30th of july. Im a customer at this store I alwys spend 3000 or more at the store and I did not expect this kind if treatment. Now im stucked with a shoe that does not fit me. I know the shoe was in special I dont want to get money back I just need to exchange it for something that will fit me eveb if I had to put in money on top.
