First Road Emergency
Tow Truck driving wrong direction on highway

Miscellaneous

On 17 May 2013 at about 07h36 a First Road Emergency Tow Trucks was driving down the yellow lane of the western bypass highway but heading in the opposite direction of traffic. Only to do a U-Turn in dense traffic, then entered the rite hand lane to bypass the traffic cued to exit the highway at William Nicole and push in in-front of the cue crossing the solid lines to do so. The driver then proceeded to turn right back on to the highway from a straight only lane. At least travelling on the correct side of the road this time.

I lodged my complaint to [Email Removed] on 17 May 2013 at 10h42, and have not had any response from that email. Does First Road Management support this type of reckless endangerment by their drivers? If not why has nothing been done to resolve this complaint?
