Still waiting for delivery of sim card

I applied for an MTN sim card on the 24 june 2013 I never received the sim card as yet, I even contacted the call centre of one to one on the 3 july 2013 but still I have not received or got a call from them regarding this matter. I am very disappointed in the way they conduct their business.
