Still awaiting my credit card - Since May!!!

My credit card expired, received an sms on the 17April2013 and then again on the 3rdMay2013 requesting where my card should be sent to. Both instances it was replied as Loch Logan waterfront Bloemfontein. The 1st June 2013, I receive a call from the card centre to kindly inform me my credit card is ready for collection in George?? Monday 3rd of June 2013 I call the card call centre and spoke to Lucky, he informed me he rerouted my card to Bloemfontein. 13 June 2013, I follow up to find out where my card is and speak to Dimpo call ref: CRV7263, where she informs me that it is in transit and will be in Bloemfontein soon and provides me the tracking number 122665674. Today is the 21st June 2013 and I have still not received my card.

This is unacceptably poor service! After requesting my card be delivered to Bloemfontein, 2 months later and a number of follow up calls from me I still have not received my card!

I am very disappointed in the customer service levels which have been displayed here!
