On Sat the 22nd of June I did my big monthly shopping at the above branch- it was a nightmare- I had to check ALL of the barcodes as NOTHING was in place_ took me 2.5 hrs. Then at the till the cashier told me that my transaction was declined even though I had received an sms stating the money had been paid. And Discovery Card also confirmed this- they supplied an authorisation nr etc. Timothy was totally inept and the cashier rude (not the 1st time I had a problem c her- Mulunguni). Then Akhona took over-just as inefficient. Nobody seemed to know how to solve this problem. Thankfully Thabo turned up and said I could come in if the money is reversed back into my acc. We followed up every d c Discovery the next week and on Friday I noticed the money had come back into my acc. So I went in on Sat- and after 30min was told to come in the next w to pay as Akhona was not there. Once again the manager, Scott was totally inept. So I went in on Tues last w and after another 20 min I pd. I noticed that some of the prices were adjusted which would now reflect negatively on my vitality cash back. I feel my time has been wasted and I won't be returning to Bedford PNP soon.
