No Cash Back... AGAIN (4th)... from Discovery

Hi There,
Earlier this year I had a problem where my cash back was not paid back into my account. This I thought was resolved in June 2013.
On the 13 Sep 2013 I've emailed Gisela Peters to notify her that the problem still persist and I was under the impression that it was resolved.
She came back to say that she's "escalated the matter to our Systems Department to further investigate."

I've not received any feedback since then. I've received my discovery card statement today to find out that the they've not paid me my cash back that I've requested to be paid in Sep. I've also noticed that I was supposed to get cash backs from my August statement, and I've not received that either. Can you please look into this. and (1) please pay me my cash back with interest due to me (2) get the main problem resolved

This is the 4th time I'm complaining about not receiving cash backs.

I don't have the time or the energy to keep asking that you please give me my cash back. I simply don't understand why you are causing me so much stress. Can't you solve this problem once and for all?

Discovery is all about Healthy Living... It doesn't help if they are the cause of so much stress is it?
