Default on confirmed delivery

Confirmed delivery on Saturday at 09:29 as I was expecting visitors and needed to ensure that I couldn't let my old suite go. Needless to say, no delivery and no contact to say that they couldn't find the address.

This morning, 5 calls later and the normal - Sorry but don't know what happened! Gave them a half hour to respond and still waiting!

Unacceptable service and frightening if you see the number of complaints on this website about this company. What has happened to service?

The inconvenience to the client is just not considered. I have to now make arrangements to be at home if I want delivery of something which I paid cash and delivery fees for!!!
