NON DELIVERY, AFTER SPECIFICALLY ARRANGED

I bought a fridge at Game on Saturday, 20/07/2013. As I am a nurse, working in the hospital's CATH-lab, I specifically told the salesman that they must call me about half an hour before delivery, as I am not at home during the day. Then today, Monday 22/07/2013, at 16hoo, the driver called me, telling me that he was in front of the gate. I told him I can be there in half an hour, upon which he said he couldn't wait, and we must please fix a time. I told him it would take me 20 minutes, but, as he apparently couldn't wait for 20 minutes, we fixed a time for 17h00. I arrived home, and duly waited for delivery, even though my working hours today was until 19h00. At about 18h45, I started filling out this report, as they had still not arrived. While I was busy, they arrived, at 18h55. I am most upset that my time had been wasted in such a manner, after I had expressly told them to contact me BEFORE delivery, which they simply ignored, and then went further and kept me waiting at home, after they'd undertaken to effect delivery at 17h00. Taking into consideration that I had to pay more than R200 for delivery, I find this totally unacceptable.
