Pick an Pay BUNCH OF

Today, at Sheridan Centre P&P I saw tins of BUTCH dog food on the end of an aisle marked at R10-99 each. I bought 4 tins. When I got home, I saw on the cash slip that I was charged R14-99 per tin.

I went back to Pick and Pay Sheridan Centre where I made my point to the manager. He told me that the promotion has expired and brushed me off to a woman called Caren. She took me straight to the pet food section where the tins were in fact priced at R14-99 each. I took here back to the end of the aisle where the tins were STILL PRICED AT at R10-99 each. She simply took me back to the the pet food section where the tins were priced at R14-99 each. TRYING TO OUTWIT THE CLIENT, instead of trying to address the problem
At no point did P&P even remotely try to address the problem. Caren and her manager were more intent on pointing out to me that I was wrong. The item was still on their shelve at R10-99 per tin - yet it was (according to them a mistake). It was not about the R12-00 that they have overcharged me. It is about dignity and respect to the P& P client.
Keep your R12-00 Pick and Pay. Your profits dropped by 30%. You should know why.
