Still waiting for service from 15/05/13

On 15 May 2013 my husband received a sms from furniture city confirming that they have registered a complaint under reference number 180932. That was after my husband and I went to Furniture City Polokwane branch to report a defect on the three seat leather recliner we bought from Furniture City. Furniture City collected the recliner, still under warranty, about two weeks later. Then the long wait. I phoned them about two weeks later for more information. From that date I made various calls to customer care centre and according to the information given to me, the recliner is for the past three weeks at the warehouse awaiting delivery to us. During the week of the 24th of June I was contacted and informed that the recliner will be delivered on Friday, 28 June 2013. Up to date, I am still waiting for the recliner to be delivered. I have been making phone calls but only received empty promises and no recliner delivered. Almost two months and no service - only a lot of phone calls, huge frustration and empty promises.
