I would like to bring to your attention the service I'm getting from the supplier mentioned above. Last year April 2012), I purchased a Corner Unit Lounge Suite including the Masterguard that was suppose to be done on the suite. On arrival of the suite, the suite was faulty. The Recliner's framework was bent and I called them immediately because it also scratched my new porcelain tiles that was installed because it is a new room that was recently built. They collected the suite and sent a new suite, just to find the recliner was also bent and the suite was not masterguarded. I called them every week and sent several e-mails and cc'd the mangement at their head office. On the 16 April 2013 they collected the recliner to be repaired and no one called me since. I called them on Friday (17 May 2013) and learned that the recliner is still at the shop. Nothing has been done. What am I to do? I don't allow my family room to be used, because it has not been masterguarded and they need to sort it out. This was a cash deal and was bought brand new. If they can't fix it they need to replace it. Please help. My name is Pearl Williams
