A Loop in the advertising

There was a deal advertised in the game papper for an Ipad mini and 1GB data on Vodacom contract at R289 p/m, the deal was till 14May 2013.
I then made application for the deal on Monday the 13 May 2013 and the deal was approved on Tuesday 14 May 2013.By then had gotten a call to say that i can collect my Ipad. When I got at Game yesterday to collect, they said I can get the SIM card but not the Ipad! WHAT DEAL IS THAT! WHEN BOTH PRODUCTS ARE MARKETED TOGETHER! Im very very upset!
