Failing to update account

I called in to enquire regarding my account because the was a discrepency regarding the account, spoke to some other guy who was ment to call back to inform me of the recalcuation of my instalment, called in and Jean said she sorted the calcualation but when i asked her to send me a statemnt she told me it cant be done becasue a statement is sent once a month. i made it clear that since it was their fault the was a mistake on the account i should get another statement resent to me so i can also be aware of my balance. i never received any updated statement. I called in again and spoke to Abraham Lehlala who told me that Jean hadnt bothered to request the statement to be updated and sent to me. Find it queit unacceptable that a mistake on their side could not be handled appripriately.
