As a first time customer of Multiserv, I am absolutely appalled by the level of service, workmanship and attitude of staff. There are a multitude of problems prevalent with this retail outlet, and as a franchise, it is quite shocking that basic levels of service and workmanship are not reviewed and maintained.
Staff members are devoid of basic training or common courtesy. Their attitudes are abysmal especially in a service orientated business. Staff do not engage customers and lack any foresight or interest in assessing the needs of customers and ability to assist in a timeous fashion. Simple facets of any transaction should be ingrained in staff members such as communication with customers and providing timeous feedback. Secondly, the workmanship is simply horrendous. Having required 4 keys to be made, 3 keys did not operate in their intended use. Three keys were remade. Of the 3 keys remade, 1 key was still useless! On the third trip, frustrated with the sheer hopelessness of such a retail outlet, I demanded a refund. Multiserv Trade Route Mall has a multitude of problems with absolutely no service component - devoid of customer relationship skills or technical ability.
