False Advertising

I'm Really NOT HAPPY about the Service that i receive at Morkels. on the 24th of May 2013 There was a special saying you Buy a DEFY stove and you will Get a Preasure Cook Pot. FREE.. 1st of all my Goods were not Delivered on TIME, Malebo phoned me telling me that i have to come and Get a Plug for the Redio that teicked my Mind that my Pot was not delivered..i asked her ans she told me that she will organise that i must have it the day when i fetch my plug... I went on the 24 June 13..she stared telling me stories that my sales lady didnt put it on my Order..told her that was Not my problem if their staff didnt do their Job correctley BUT I WANT MY POT..she said i must sign to get my plug told her that i wont and she must tell her ManagerPinki to call me cause im NOT Happy at all..she said she will... today 4th July still No phone call from Pinki the Manager when i phone malebo is saying that she's saying she's on TRAINING... what kind of Managers do you have there at MORKELS I WANT MY POT OR YOU MUST STOP DOING FALSE ADVERTISING.. they take advantage that we in location then they will take all the customers Gift and tell them that they are out of Stock thats BULL i want my POT..& plug.
