Disrespect at dischem

Went there to buy an ointment for my baby girl with my wife the lady at the dispensersy checked and confirmed they do have it in the self meds

counter we get there and gave thandi or zanele the script she rudley said we don't have this I then told her that it was checked on the system and it was confirmed that it's in stock, she insisted We Don't have this. I went back to the dispensers and the lady who helped us initially had to come all the way to give the ointment I asked for the manager. And the colleuge of the rude lady pretended. To better manager and gave me the incorrect name thandi when I asked the lady at the till if there is a thandi at the self med she said No the lieing colleuge came and said sorry her name is zanele What kind of sick joke business Are you running? I need someone at headoffice to do something about this disrespect and incompetence. I will ensure that everybody I know never uses dischem I wish you couldhire people. Who understand what retailing is about then we wonder why we have a high unemployment rate. Lack of education and training. I'm so Annoyed as I type this but I will not accepted bad disrespectful service
