Defective TV and Disgusting service

In January 2013 I purchased a Samsung 51" 3D Plasma TV at Game canal walk, upon installing the TV at home I called Game Canal Walk and informed them the TV was not playing clear and had white lines throughout the TV, I was informed that the issues was with my DSTV signal and that the TV was in 100% working condition, as a loyal customer I believed game would have my best interest at heart and I believed them.
On 30 June 2013 I had a second TV installed in which the TV played 100% clear clarity -bear in mind the same DSTV signal is being used.
Further to that I called in on the 02 July 2013 and Spoke to the Jeace Sales Manager and informed him of the situation - he was helpful as he ensured a staff member was sent out the same day to establish whether or not the TV was in fact defective and it was confirmed the TV is defective.

On the 03 July 2013 I made a follow up call however the sales manager was on training, the SM Mr Ahmed, assisted with the matter and advised I fax through proof of payment - this was done. Later the day he contacted me saying they would have replaced the TV with the same make and series however Samsung no longer makes these TV's and the store toge
