Poor quality lounge suite

In December 2012 I bought a Ghia 5pce, 2 weeks later I called the store that there are problems with the suite, I have been passed from pillar to post, nobody calls me, I have to constantly follow-up with them. It has now been 7 months. Ellerines Holdings informed me that I will recieve a brand new lounge suite by mid June. I called at the end of June and was told the stock has arrived, but there is no product code. Its now 1 week that im waiting for a follow-up call, and 7 months that im waiting for them to replace the lounge suite. The refernce number is: 166526
