False Advertisment

I obtained a Platter catalog at Pick n Pay then called the store about 5 times while they kept toying me around forwarding me from department to the next.
The catalog reads: "Place your order by 8am and collect it by 12pm; Place your order by 12pm and collect it by 4pm"
Now when I called the lady tells her Manager said the orders have to be done 24hours prior.
If this is the case why are still getting the same AD's from their store.
False Advertisement at its best.
