Terrible Business Attitude

I am a project manager for a custom IT devlopment Indigo Vision Software. I was tasked to approach autozone regarding a new product we have just developed that handles all aspects of distribution and ordering. After truly battling with the reception to get through to someone that I could actually discuss this with, I was finally refered to the CIO Glen Slow (this took me 3 days).

I left a message with on Mr. Slows machine and continued to try and get hold him for another 2 days to no avail. When I finally did reach this man, I was told to never call him again because I had previously tried to reach him to many times.

Our company has software that saves organisations millions of rands, but this guy was actually off that i even attempted to contact him. We work with massive industry players like imperial and the like and as far as im concerned his attitude was unaccaptably rude. I will never approach this company again.
