Telkom Service Extremely poo

This report is in reference to my complaint of 17 April and I feel obliged to re post it as nothing seems to have happened.:
I am consistently hounded by Telkom representatives to try and sell me their latest products. When they finally came up with a product that was better suited and cheaper to me, I agreed and as far as I am concerned a contract existed between me and the company for this product. If they check it is recorded as well. When I tried to enquire about this product I was simply told that I already had the product which I did not.
As far as anyone in Telkom was concerned I could not be assisted and their no care attitude really got me going.
It is because the product that I now have is far more expensive and it makes more money for them. No one at Telkom cared, no one came up with an alternative and most of all its their attitude that inspired this piece.
I cannot wait for your opposition to reach my area.
