CELL AT TILLS - Poor attitude from staff

This past Saturday - my mobile got at SPAR Carlswald at your tills at about 6 in the evening. I was very disappointed in the way the staff handled this situation - it no longer became about the cellphone that got, it was about your service - I had to get back up from someone who was not even in there shop to come assist me to get help from your very non chalant staff. The values that you advocate about being for the community and caring WERE NOT THERE AT ALL. The lady at the till - Bertha was very rude, very defensive and not helpful at all. Your floor staff didn't even come to my assistance only until my fiance came twenty minutes later to hear my story then they started trying to help us. It was like we were a nuisance but his happened inside your shop. I asked that we check the footage to see what actually happened and was told to come Tuesday morning to check the footage, only when my fiance came, then the staff was somewhat helpful. I am very dissapointed with this SPAR. I will be coming through with SPEAK OUT on Tuesday morning to sort this out. Black on black service is really poor.
