I placed an order online to have a Lindt Easter bunny delivered on saturday, the 30th of April 2013. I received a call on Saturday morning informing me that there was no stock of the bunny and advised me of two other items to choose. I agreed to those. The items were meant to be delivered between 10 am and 1 pm. This item was an Easter gift and to date has not been delivered. This is the second time I have had such poor online shopping service. Why bother having this service if you cannot deliver.
