Refusal to assist

I was told by one of your customers to join because I'm homeschooling my kids and that your offers are so good. But then why does nobody return my calls or contact me when I request so? It's been over a week now and the last email I send was on Monday. If anything this is very clear that you don't need nor want my service! Please have the decency to contact new customers as this is already a bad impression on how you treat exciting customers.
