No Delivery of Repaired Item

Good Day

I'm utterly disgusted by the level of service we received from this store. We Purchased a Trimmer from the store at the end of March, barely a month later oil was leaking, we didn't have the time to take this in and only did so at the end of May. They instructed us that as per Ryobi conditions it must be sent away for repairs. I accepted this even though i think that something that's faulty in such a short space of time should be replaced immediately, but never the less i settled for the repairs. I then requested that because it being faulty in less than 3 months can they not deliver as it's out of our way actually. The lady assured us that it won't be a problem, even took down our details. Last week Monday, they just sent an sms stating that the item is ready to be collected, Wow, without even calling to say that they cannot deliver it, would it be possible for us to pick it up. That common courtesy would've been great. I then called the Tuesday and they said they will contact me shortly as to when delivery will take place. Up until today we have not received a call what so ever. This is beyond pathetic service. But it's ok, we will collect it but be assured u lost a client
