Order a prepaid line in April and was assured the line will work in my area by tebogo at the call centre. I paid for the service via internet and did not receive the phone in the promised 48hrs, I had to complain and then after 3 days my phone was delivered.

I then called to complain about no network, then received a call from Samuel who told me to go to any service point for an exchange. I asked if they will be open on Saturday 27 April and said yes, drove all the way to midrand only to find the centre closed.

went today to cedar square and waitied over an hour but still the problem could not be solved, cedar square was passing the buck.

spoke to sam over the phone but he could not assist.

I demand a refund of my petrol wasted to resolve this and a replacement working unit to be couriered to my work address.
