Spoiled bread

Hi Purchased bread from Shoprite on the 28th October 2013.That very afternoon I made up sandwitches for the kids in the church when the children complained of it smelling and they did not eat it. I put the balance of the bread in the fridge on Saturday I went to the store and haneded the bread to a lady who said that she is a manager and I also spoke to a Indian man who also said that the floor manager who promised to get back to me on Monday 4th and nothing happen to date. That Indian guy said that he will contact sunbake but that is not my problem I bought the bread from shoprite. These chain stores take a lot changes and I dont know why. Someone needs to go and inspect the meat and sausages in that store. Something is not write.
I am so tired of these types of stores because the do not think about the cunsumer just about how much money they can make out us poor people. If this is not sorted out I will be forced to take this to the media. I also would like to know where is the bread I gave the lady who said she was the manager.
